How long and can you make them look natural?

Eyelashes have been apart of the beauty industry for sometime now. Long before they abruptly hit the scene in urban areas. A lot of "newbies" ask the question of "how long should I get them?" And, "can you make them look natural?" My response to this frequently asked question is "length doesn't have nothing to do with how natural they look, and the length you choose just sets the tone of how noticeable you want them to be".

It's the density (how thick, or how many layers) that determines how natural. Normally, for the "clustered" lashes (individual flares) I, by habit, put two layers on each eye. That's a total of 28 synthetic  eyelashes per eye. Depending on the shape of the eye, I have to add a little more to help fill all the gaps. The more layers of eyelashes I add, the more dark they become. You can have short, long or medium eyelashes look natural as long as you keep the application light. Adding more than 2-2 1/2 layers of falsies can also add weight and make them feel heavy upon your eyes.

Strip lashes however come with many types, styles and density.  Although strips are only good for one time occassions and special events. LML strip application can last 2-3 days depending on your care for them. But normally clients only have strip lashes applied for that day or evening festivities.

Don't let thick, batty eyelashes scare you away from a life changing experience.  Some women who wear eyelashes have misrepresented the look and make others second guess themselves on trying lashes. Before you stick to "No I'm not doing that, or I'm scared to try them", take 20 minutes out of your day to come in and be transformed. It's a painless, gratifying experience that can change how you view eyelashes forever!
